Hey, world!
So a super important practice Telum and I have found for ourselves is meditation. I began my journey with meditation in 2019. When I began it was not really my thing. I just started because I heard it was good for you, but I didn't understand why. I was at a point in my life though where anything was worth the try. So I searched youtube and found some guided meditations which help you be in the moment.
Meditation really did not stick with me for the first few months, honestly for the first year of trying. Towards the end of the year, I gave up on meditation. Then 2020 came around and we were in lockdown due to the pandemic, so I decided maybe it is time to give meditation another try.
Long story, short- it has been almost about 2 years since I started intentionally meditating. It took a lot of persistence, I made my way through. I am so grateful that I did because meditation has changed my life for the better.
It took some time but I found some amazing guided meditations on youtube that work so well for me so I will link them below. I hope they help you on your meditation journey.
